How It Works
1. Choose Your Plan & Get Started
- Select your weekly meal plan subscription
- Add your delivery address for the shipping address at checkout
- Receive a welcome email that includes storage and reheating instructions
- *note that if you sign up on a Thursday - Monday, you will not receive your first meal prep until the following Monday (since menu selections are due Thursday evenings)
2. Weekly Menu Selection
- Every Tuesday: Receive your menu for the following Monday’s delivery
- By Thursday 5pm MT: Select your meals and any add-ons
- Pay for your add-ons at your weekly meal selection checkout
- Your card is charged for next week's meals on Friday each week (after your initial sign up payment)
3. Monday Delivery Day
- Delivery window: Currently 4:30pm-6:30pm
- Not home? No problem!
- Leave your clean, empty cooler bag and containers on your porch. We'll swap it with your fresh meals and we'll send you a delivery confirmation text
- Your meals will need to find their way to your fridge within an hour to maintain quality and food safety
4. Container Exchange System
- Your meals arrive in meal prep containers within a cooler bag
- Number of containers matches your subscription (6 meals = 6 containers, etc.) – plus any add-ons
- After enjoying your meals:
- Clean all containers thoroughly
- Place empty containers in your cooler bag
- Set out for next week's delivery swap
- We'll exchange your bag of clean containers for a new bag of fresh meals
- We'll handle a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all containers back in our kitchen.
5. Heat, Eat, Repeat
- Store your meals in the fridge (they'll stay fresh through Friday)
- Follow the simple reheating instructions
- Enjoy restaurant-quality meals without the work
- Clean your containers for next week's swap
A Note About Allergies
All our meals are currently made in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen. While we accommodate various dietary restrictions, our kitchen does handle dairy, nuts, corn, and soy. We take careful precautions to minimize cross-contact, following strict food safety protocols.

Can I skip a week if I am on vacation?
Absolutely! Life happens (and vacations should too). Log into your account by Thursday to skip the following Monday's delivery. Your card will be charged on Friday for any weeks that aren't marked as skipped.
You can schedule skips in advance through your account as well. Just keep in mind that since we have a waitlist of hungry folks hoping to join our meal family, we may need to pass your spot along if you skip more than two consecutive weeks or four weeks in a quarter. Don't worry – we'll always reach out before making any changes to your subscription.
Forget to skip? You can gift your weekly meals to a neighbor or friend, as long as they're in the delivery range.
Can I add on extra meals?
You bet! Hosting a friend or family member, or just want some extra plates for the week? We got you. You can add extra portions of any meal when placing your weekly order. You'll have an option to add on meals when making your weekly selections, and we'll invoice you the difference on Friday.

What if I am not home during delivery?
Simply leave your empty containers in the cooler bag outside during your scheduled delivery window, and we'll swap it with your fresh meals. Remember that these are fresh, chef-prepared meals – they'll need to find their way to your fridge within an hour to maintain quality and food safety.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Need to end your subscription? We get it – just cancel in our customer portal by Thursday's order deadline for the following Monday delivery. This helps us plan our prep schedule and ensures you won't be charged for any more deliveries.
